We want you to have the best service possible. To accomplish this we pledge that if you suffer a breakdown to the automobile described on this invoice, caused by the performance of the services listed, then the following limited warranty may apply:

LIMITED WARRANTY

WHAT ITEMS ARE COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY: We warrant that all new parts and labor provided by this garage, with the exceptions noted in paragraph 7, will be free from defects in workmanship under normal use, for a period of 90 days from completion of work, or until vehicle has been driven 4,000 miles, whichever shall occur first. If you experience a problem with the  repaired vehicle as a result of a defect in either workmanship or materials during this period, we will perform the work again at no cost. 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY: This warranty will not apply to your repaired vehicle if it has been damaged by abnormal use, misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, rust, corrosion, electrolysis or “tampering with”. Our employees, agents, and/or representatives do not have the authority to make any promises in addition to those contained in this warranty. This warranty does not include incidental or consequential damages.

APPLICABILITY: This warranty applies only to unmodified production passenger vehicles not used for commercial purposes. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser. New radiators have other written manufacturers warranties and are excluded from this warranty. Copies of these written manufactures warranties are available by request. Parts sales are  warranted if at all, only by the manufacturer, and seller hereby disclaims all warranties, including the warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.  

WHAT WE WILL DO: Labor covered by this warranty will be re-done by us or at our option, a refund or an adjustment shall be made. (Refunds shall not exceed the amount charged for the original work.)

RETURN: Customer must return the vehicle to this garage, or its authorized representative, at customers expense, to obtain warranty repairs. 

GARAGE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TOWING, ROAD SERVICE,ADDITIONAL EXPENSES INCURRED, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, TIME LOST WHILE VEHICLE IS OUT OF USE, OR LABOR COSTS OF OTHERS. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

EXCEPTIONS: This warranty does not apply when a customer provides parts or labor, or when invoice is marked “not guaranteed” or "no warranty". This warranty does not apply to failures in service due to deliberate abuse1, accident , neglect or alteration.

OBLIGATIONS: Customer must maintain the vehicle properly, in accordance with manufacturers’ or garages’ specifications, and standard trade practices.

Customer must retain repair invoice and present it to us when seeking service  under this warranty. Customer must pay for all non-warranted repairs or other services authorized by you at the time the warranted service is performed.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE ARE LIMITED TO 90 DAYS OR 4000 MILES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

CHANGES: Garage does not allow verbal changes or additions to this warranty.

RIGHTS:  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
